The staff at check-out were truly friendly and accommodating.
The shower took too long to deliver hot water, and the drains were clogged.

Charming views with a catch
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the view from our top-floor window was breathtaking. The staff were really warm and you could tell they cared about our comfort.
However, we struggled with the shower. It took forever to get hot water, and the water pressure was frustratingly low. This dampened our experience a bit.

I stayed at the King Room with Balcony for one night and really enjoyed the spaciousness and the central location. While the room felt a bit chilly at first, the cozy atmosphere made up for it. I'd gladly stay again during my travels.

The Triple Room was spacious and comfortable for three of us. The beds and pillows were just right, really cozy. Loved the cute attic windows with great views of Tours. Location is spot on for walking to restaurants, and parking was super easy right outside. Shower was decent, and the tea-making facilities were a nice touch. Breakfast was alright too, not fancy but satisfactory.

We visited the local market and checked out a wine tasting nearby. The room was cozy and well-decorated, making our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the private garage for our bikes and the hotel's central yet quiet location. Just a heads up, though, there's a night club nearby, so be prepared for some noise if you're a light sleeper.
On the downside, we had a frustrating breakfast experience. The dining area was empty, and the breakfast offerings were extremely limited. It was a bit disappointing considering how much we paid for it.

While the location is fantastic, with easy access to the city, the room layout was quite cramped with a challenging bathroom. Staff assistance varied. some were friendly, while a few were less accommodating. Parking was tricky, being public and expensive, but overall it was a decent stay.

The location is fantastic, right between the old town and the main street, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly supportive and welcoming, ensuring all my needs were met during my stay. My room was tidy and had all the basic amenities, providing good quality for what I paid. The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of options that kept everyone satisfied. However, I did encounter some noise from the nearby square, especially in the evenings, which was a bit bothersome at times.

Great central location and spacious room
I enjoyed my stay in a spacious Triple Room that provided excellent comfort with great mattresses. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local restaurants and attractions, which made everything easily accessible. The view from the top floor was delightful, enhancing our experience. However, I felt the breakfast could have offered a more satisfying variety to match the advertised options.

Parking is conveniently located right outside, making it easy to access. While the room was well-equipped and clean, breakfast fell short of expectations, lacking variety and presentation. The breakfast staff's approach was overly sensitive to our arrival, creating an awkward start to the morning. Overall, the atmosphere was decent, but improvements in breakfast offerings would enhance the experience.
